Delete your data

Email hello@dastak.co.in with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us the phone number you used and the business you contacted, so we can find the right record. You don't need an account.
What happens
- We confirm receipt, usually the same day.
- We tell the business you contacted, since the data is held on their behalf.
- We delete your conversation, phone number, name and booking details from our systems within 30 days, and confirm when it's done.
What stays
- A note that you asked not to be contacted, so we don't message you again by mistake.
- Anything the business itself must keep by law, such as records of a completed stay. They will tell you what remains.
WhatsApp keeps its own copy
Deleting our copy does not delete the chat in WhatsApp. Delete it in the app, and see Meta's privacy policy for account data.
Only want the messages to stop?
Reply STOP on WhatsApp. It takes effect straight away and nothing further is sent.
